New Delhi, Dec 01 : Three prominent Jammu & Kashmir National Conference leaders Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo, Gurvinder Singh Oberoi and Chowdhary Mohammad Ramzan were formally sworn in as Rajya Sabha Members on Monday.
Details available with news agency Kashmir News Corner, that the oath was administered by Vice President and Rajya Sabha Chairman C. P. Radhakrishnan inside Parliament, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi also present during the ceremony.
In a distinguished gesture highlighting regional identity, Chowdhary Mohammad Ramzan took his oath in the Kashmiri language.
With their swearing-in complete, all three NC leaders have officially joined the Upper House as the Winter Session continues.
